Message I'm not interested in getting into an argument with you which is another reason I'm beating around the bush. I see your tactic here as i'm sure you already have your answer. You aren't genuinely asking me because you dont know the answer, I think you know full well that a ~stock bottom end is questionable at that power level for a full 1320'. YOU and I both know this.

You also know that hooking up 700ft/lbs of torque is impossible in 1st and 2nd gear. Driving any car with this power is nothing similar to driving a Toyota Camry or any other 'push the gas pedal and go' down the track sort of car.

Despite what you might have in mind, I hope you realize that there is no easy answer to your question mainly because the structural integrty of the engine is the biggest unknown.

I've given a lot of thought to the question you now have far before anyone knew what was going on with Wagz's car. "Would this car make it all the way down the track spraying through 3rd and 4th gear?" I dont know and neither could you. I can say that much with certainty.

I'm going to start a new thread here shortly in hopes that we (you and I) as well as anyone else that has ideas on the subject of making this kind of power solely with just turbos vs. turbos + NOS. It is an interesting subject that we might be able to gather some ideas on which might put us closer to answering the question.
